My Dear Wife
I received your kind letter yuesterday with the Postage Stamps in it and i also received one from you day before yuesterday in which was ten Dollars and Cousin Elizabeths Photograph
i was very glad to hear that you was getting all right i am doing very well at Present My wound is doing as well as i could expect
i have nothing new to add at present i received two papers from you the other day. My Eyes are almost as good as Ever and by the time my wound is healed & Shut they will be all right
Dear Maggie i have nothing to write about this morning i hope this will find you and Lizzie injoying the Very Best of health as it leaves me at present
Give my Love to Mother Jane and all the family. My Respects to all inquiring Friends
